Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a front desk representative in Sarpy County. You will greet members, handle scheduling and billing, and sell memberships while delivering outstanding customer service.

As part of a culture-driven team, you will keep the facility clean and stocked, participate in on-site training, and help create a welcoming environment for families and kids.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with customers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 19 or older.
• Must pass background examinations prior to training.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service to our members.
• Assist with class scheduling and billing.
• Face to face, phone, and emails interactions.
• Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships.
• General upkeep of the facility.
• Disinfecting common areas and routine cleaning.
• Making sure all facility supplies are stocked.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
• Assist with class scheduling and billing

• Making sure all facility supplies are stocked
