Responsibilities

• Monitor front office functions and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new staff.
• Travel as needed and adjust schedules as required.
• Manage call outs and staffing adjustments.
• Ensure staff follow CDC policies and procedures.
