TNT Strong in Southern Maryland seeks a Front Desk Team Lead to oversee member experience, front desk systems, and sales flow. You will lead Front Desk Associates, coordinate onboarding, and ensure standards are met daily.

This full-time role requires at least 30 hours weekly with some evenings and Saturdays. Compensation starts at $18 per hour for frontline hours and $20 for leadership/admin work, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and growth opportunities.

• Leadership and team development: lead and support Front Desk Associates, assist with onboarding and training, maintain accountability and standards, help run front desk meetings and evaluations, and communicate effectively with management.
