Job summary

TNT Strong, located in Prince Frederick, MD, seeks a Front Desk Associate to greet members, manage check-ins, respond to inquiries, and support membership sales. This role reports to the Operations Manager and is integral to delivering a high-energy, community-driven experience.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork orientation, with strong communication skills and an interest in fitness. Computer skills and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge every member and guest; check members in and assist with account needs.
• Answer calls, texts, emails and member questions; schedule consultations with prospective members.
• Support membership sales and promotions; keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Ensure memberships and billing information stay current; stay informed on TNT Strong services, programs and promotions.
• Support coaches, management and other departments; complete shift checklists and operational tasks.
• Contribute to team goals and club success.
