TNT Strong in Southern Maryland seeks a Front Desk Team Lead to oversee member experience, front desk systems, and sales flow. You will lead Front Desk Associates, coordinate onboarding, and ensure standards are met daily.
This full-time role requires at least 30 hours weekly with some evenings and Saturdays. Compensation starts at $18 per hour for frontline hours and $20 for leadership/admin work, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and growth opportunities.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, energetic and leadership-driven person to step into our Front Desk Team Lead role. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
This is not simply a front desk coverage role. It is a leadership position responsible for member experience, front desk systems, sales flow, team accountability, facility presentation, and front-end execution standards.
The Front Desk Team Lead is the operational leader of the front desk department, working closely with management to make sure systems, standards and member experience are consistently delivered at a high level. You should treat the front-end experience as your responsibility and take ownership of improving the department every week.
Minimum 30 hours per week, including a minimum of 5 front desk shifts weekly plus dedicated leadership and admin hours. Some evenings and Saturdays required. Must be dependable, organized and responsive.
Front desk hours starting at $18.00 per hour; leadership and admin hours starting at $20.00 per hour. Commission opportunities on memberships and programs sold. Monthly performance bonuses up to $350 per month and quarterly leadership bonuses up to $250 per quarter.
