Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Ensure guests have no balances on folios.
• Assist with laundry and houseman duties as needed.
• Handle guest mail and messages with professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of staff, room locations, rates, amenities.
• Take reservations and manage room blocks and requests.
• Answer switchboard calls with proper etiquette.
• Monitor room availability and assist leadership with yield management.
• Handle guest safe deposits per procedures.
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Know emergency and security procedures thoroughly.
