Home 2 Suites by Hilton-Fresno is seeking a part-time front desk associate to deliver prompt, friendly guest service at the Fresno property. You will assist guests with check-in and check-out in a timely, professional manner and answer inquiries about the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities include upselling rooms when appropriate, maintaining a professional lobby appearance, and operating the Property Management System accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong computer and typing skills; tech-savvy.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests promptly and courteously.
• Register guests and issue room keys; provide hotel info.
• Answer phones in a courteous manner.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Operate the Property Management System accurately.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
