Heights Wellness Retreat Boerne is seeking an Assistant Spa Director to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and team development. You will work with the Spa Director to ensure five-star service and align with our wellness brand promise.

The role requires leadership, sales experience, and strong guest communication, with opportunities to advance within a premium spa environment and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• Full-time 5 days a week.
• 1+ year of leadership experience required.
• Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa management software preferred.
• Familiarity with operating standards in a branded environment preferred.
• Excellent guest communication skills required.
• Excellent at building team culture required.

Assistant Spa Director

We're seeking a proactive, passionate, and detail-driven Assistant Spa Director to support the daily operations of our retreat. In this role, you’ll report to the Spa Director and help ensure operational excellence, team development, and five-star guest experience in alignment with our brand promise: Join a Retreat that’s Redefining Wellness!

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6-8-hour shifts
• Must be able to work varied shifts to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Cloud 9 Wellness Experience, ensuring each guest receives personalized care from arrival to departure.
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage, skincare therapy, and touchless services.
• Partner with the Retreat Director on membership strategy, including overcoming obstacles and building rapport within the team.
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and alignment to brand tone.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training and developing and retaining team members.
• Facilitate front desk associate training and coaching with role-playing to support membership sales.
• Support Membership Retention

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience. Required
• Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa management software is preferred.
