Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to partner with the Retreat Director to drive daily operations, oversee revenue goals, and develop a high-performing team. You will coach front‑desk staff, build schedules, and lead with a guest‑centered, 5‑star service mindset.

Ideal candidates bring sales/retail management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for people in a fast-paced spa environment. Growth opportunities and a supportive, mission‑driven culture are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict.
• Comfort with computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.

• Partner with the Retreat Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Lead front desk training with coaching, role‑playing, and membership‑focused sales support.
• Build schedules that keep the Retreat humming.
• Set and achieve team and individual goals; create a culture where exceptional guest service is the standard.
• Strengthen guest loyalty by delivering a 5 Star experience every time.

Your Schedule

• 6–8 hour shifts
• Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A mix of day, evening and weekend shifts

What You’ll Be Doing
