Job summary

Heights Wellness Retreat in Boerne, TX seeks an Assistant Spa Director to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and team development within a premium wellness environment. You’ll report to the Spa Director and drive five-star service while upholding brand standards.

This role requires leadership, at least one year in sales, and experience managing teams; familiarity with Zenoti is preferred. The position offers full-time hours, evening/weekend shifts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in sales.
• Must be full-time 5 days a week.
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa management software is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating standards in a branded or franchise environment is preferred.
• Excellent at guest communication.
• Excellent at building team culture.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Cloud 9 Wellness Experience, ensuring each guest receives personalized care from arrival to departure.
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage, skincare therapy, and touchless services.
• Partner with the Retreat Director on membership strategy, including overcoming obstacles and building rapport within the team.
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and alignment to brand tone.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training and developing and retaining team members.
• Facilitate front desk associate training and coaching with role-playing to support membership sales.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Must be able to work varied shifts to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
