Heights Wellness Retreat Boerne seeks an Assistant Spa Director to oversee daily operations, staff development, and guest experience. You will report to the Spa Director and drive excellence in service, sales, and brand standards across a premium wellness retreat.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and training, promoting massage, skincare, and touchless therapies, and partnering on membership strategies to grow guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• Must be full-time 5 days a week.
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of spa management software (Zenoti) preferred.
• Familiarity with operating standards in a branded or franchise environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Cloud 9 Wellness Experience, ensuring each guest receives personalized care from arrival to departure.
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage, skincare therapy, and touchless services.
• Partner with the Retreat Director on membership strategy, including overcoming obstacles and building rapport within the team.
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and alignment to brand tone.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training and developing and retaining team members.
• Facilitate front desk associate training and coaching with role-playing to support membership sales.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Must be able to work varied shifts to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
