Job summary

ChenMed in Florida is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead Care Facilitators and front desk staff, reporting to the Center Operations Director. The role focuses on organizing staff, scheduling, patient experience, and adherence to center guidelines to deliver a premier patient visit.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a medical facility, strong leadership and communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED, with BLS desired to support daily operations and patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to lead and coach teams to drive positive outcomes and excellence.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a medical facility required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Care Facilitators and other front desk staff.
• Supervisory tasks include setting performance goals and coaching.
• Promotes team member retention and onboarding expectations.
• Ensures scheduling blocks and patient flow align with center guidelines.
• Acts as initial contact for escalated patient issues and coordinates with care teams.
