Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Front Desk Supervisor at Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo to oversee the front desk team and ensure seamless guest service in a luxury oceanfront setting.

You will supervise check-in/check-out, train staff, handle inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to create memorable stays. This role requires leadership, energy, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Six months of Front Desk experience or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills for reservations and POS systems.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional manner
• Train and onboard new front desk staff members
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures
