Baker's Cay Resort, a member of the Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Front Desk Agent in Key Largo to welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and provide local recommendations. You will be the friendly face ensuring a smooth stay in a luxury oceanfront setting.

Ideal candidates bring cash handling experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. This on-site role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within the resort family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Handle check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain the front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist in reservations and phone inquiries.
