Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage seamless check-ins and check-outs, and offer local recommendations in an oceanfront setting.

You will join a guest-centric team, handle payments, coordinate with other departments, and help ensure a smooth stay. Flexibility and strong communication are valued, with prior experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Very good computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome with warmth, handling check-in/out accurately.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with reservations and answer phone calls.
