Responsibilities

• Engage all residents with an upbeat can-do attitude.
• Oversees daily front desk operations and manages daily room inventory.
• Supervises Resident Representatives during shift, ensuring team is taking breaks.
• Handles issues involving Residents and resolves disputes professionally.
• Welcomes residents by greeting, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Registers Residents by confirming room requirements and issuing keys.
• Conveys information to Residents and provides concierge services.
• Completes daily shift reports and passes information to the next shift.
• Coordinating move-in/move-out materials and inspections as needed.
