Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in high end customer service. One year in hotel industry preferred. Supervisory experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; degree in hospitality preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, cash handling and PMS preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Class IIIA Gaming License, Title 31, Sexual Harassment, Safety and Hazardous Materials.
