The Luce Hotel in St. Pete Beach, FL, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily Front Desk operations, support Guest Services and hotel leadership, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced resort, enjoys interacting with guests, and is committed to delivering exceptional service while coaching a team and collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Front Desk or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Marriott experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations and uphold guest service standards.
• Lead, coach, and support Front Desk Agents to achieve service and performance goals.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery opportunities professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain communication with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments.
• Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special events.
