Job summary

The Luce Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will oversee daily Front Desk operations, support Guest Services and hotel leadership, and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced resort setting.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in hospitality, enjoys guest interaction, and commits to maintaining high hotel standards and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Front Desk, Guest Services, or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
• Marriott experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards.
• Lead, coach, and support Front Desk Agents to achieve service and performance goals.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery opportunities professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and hotel operating standards.
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and guest preferences.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and development of Front Desk team members.
• Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and audit compliance.
