McKibbon Hospitality in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and uphold the highest standards of guest service. The role reports to the Guest Services Manager and helps ensure brand standards across the property.

You will supervise daily front desk operations, manage staff scheduling, train team members on company standards, and support guest satisfaction through issue resolution and accurate billing. A strong hospitality mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a hotel as a front desk representative (or equivalent).
• Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood (highly desired).
• The ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Provide professional, positive and hospitable work environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operations of the front desk and staff, including shift closings and daily reports.
• Schedule Front Desk Department and ensure proper coverage per labor guidelines.
• Train all front desk staff on brand and company standards.
• Assist and promote sales initiatives and Daily Sell Strategy.
• Implement front office programs to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure safety and security standards are maintained.
• Support guest satisfaction and resolve issues to maintain service quality.
• Oversee payment processing, guest ledger, and accounts receivable.
• Oversee the Market inventory and ordering as needed.
