Job summary

Grand Bohemian Charleston, Autograph Collection is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest service in Charleston’s historic district.

You will supervise check-in/out, handle guest inquiries, onboard staff, and collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable stays. Strong English communication and prior front desk experience are required.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months front desk experience.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and guest services.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff.
• Ensure accuracy of guest reservations and billing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to elevate guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
