Job summary

Renaissance Charleston Historic District Hotel in Charleston, SC is seeking an Engineer Supervisor to lead our engineering team and oversee maintenance operations across the property. You will ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards, while controlling costs and maintaining safety protocols.

Ideal candidates will have experience training and motivating staff, managing preventative maintenance, and responding rapidly to guest requests or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance.
• May be required to work weekends, holidays, and be available for emergencies.
• Experience in training, supervising, and motivating staff.
• Ability to evaluate and spot-check work of staff and contractors.
