The Courtyard by Marriott in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and oversee shift operations. Responsibilities include guest interactions, reservations management, and daily reporting to ensure strong guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have hotel and customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to train new staff while promoting the hotel as a team member.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is required and customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and manage others.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Knowledge of the local area is helpful.
• Ability to cover shifts as needed.
• Comfortable assisting promoting the hotel as a member of the team.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and register guests, manage reservations, and daily arrivals.
• Be knowledgeable about the area.
• Oversee all shift-related duties and operations.
• Generate daily reports for Courtyard Marriott operations.
• Manage guest reservations received via fax or email in a timely and accurate manner.
• Address guest concerns and escalated to the GM when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the GM.
• Maintain consistent, regular, and reliable attendance.
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned to support overall team success.
