Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working at a hotel front desk.

• Knowledge of Front Desk policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Front Desk staff and manage scheduling.
• Assist with recruiting, selecting and training Front Desk employees.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Balance accounts and manage group billing; keep AR up to date.
• Coordinate with Hotel Operations and other departments.
• Maintain databases and ensure accurate bookings and group reservations.
• Prepare and review shift logs; ensure reports are completed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
