Job summary

Holston House Nashville is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to guide a hospitality team, ensure seamless check-ins, and deliver memorable guest experiences in our boutique hotel. You will lead by example, train associates, and maintain safety and standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role focuses on driving guest satisfaction, coordinating communications, and optimizing revenue through thoughtful rate strategies while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helps.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel or related-field experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage smooth check-ins/check-outs.
• Monitor logs, messages, and packages to ensure timely service.
• Adjust rates, packages, and promotions to drive value and revenue.
• Lead and train associates, address guest concerns, and uphold safety standards.
