Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Concierge for its Naples Grande Beach Resort on Florida's Paradise Coast. You will be the primary source of local knowledge, helping guests plan their stay and create memorable experiences.

We seek an outgoing, service-driven individual with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the area, and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• An outgoing and engaging personality.
• Advanced knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Establishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
