Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve guest issues.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front desk agents to deliver outstanding service.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to increase satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for front desk staff.
• Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure accurate billing and reservations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
