Job summary

Residence Inn Boston Concord, part of the Colwen Hotel Property group, is seeking attentive housekeepers to join our team. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks in line with brand standards and guest privacy policies.

Responsibilities include room prioritization, restocking supplies, and prompt guest service. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred and a strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper; hotel experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and discreet; maintains guest privacy.
• Ability to work quickly with minimal supervision and manage time well.

Responsibilities

• Receive list of assigned rooms from manager and prioritize rooms.
• Clean, stock and maintain assigned guest rooms according to standards.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Check inventory of cleaning cart and restock supplies; transport cart to rooms.
• Ensure privacy of guests at all times.
• Knock and announce self before entering rooms; return if room is occupied.
• Restock amenities and supplies; ensure rooms meet standards.
• Make beds, stock bath linens, and clean bathrooms and kitchens.
