Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations to ensure standards.
• Interview and supervise Front Office staff.
• Process check-in/check-out, verify billing, create reservations and handle special requests.
• Provide knowledge of local attractions to assist guests as needed.
• Monitor budgets and payroll records and ensure appropriate financial transactions.
