Qualifications

• Must have one (1) or more years’ prior guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assist guests with knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Train and coach front desk staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement service programs to increase guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Marriott standards and brand procedures.
