Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. You will oversee daily front desk operations, assist with training, and ensure accurate billing and smooth guest experiences across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum frontline hospitality experience with a track record in supervising teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage front desk operations, check-ins/outs, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Front Desk associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Greet guests professionally and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Oversee room blocks, pre-registration, and accurate room assignments.
• Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including billing and transactions.
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and future bookings with detailed product knowledge.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain security of safety deposit boxes.
• Complete daily Front Desk reports for management review.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
