Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge is seeking a Host to provide a welcoming dining experience by delivering exceptional guest service, greeting guests at the door, and guiding them to tables. You will attend menu classes, keep the dining area ready, and assist with reservations and special requests to ensure a smooth and memorable visit.

You will also attend to guests' needs, address concerns promptly, and contribute to daily side work, supporting the team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attend daily menu classes to stay updated on offerings and dishes.

• Stand at the door to welcome guests and direct them to their tables.
• Handle dining reservations with accurate information on availability and wait times.
• Assist guests with special services or arrangements to enhance the dining experience.
• Practice etiquette when interacting with guests and address concerns promptly.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to support turnover during busy periods.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly side work to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
