Job summary

Soho House Austin is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the hotel Front Desk operations team at Soho Warehouse. You will build relationships with guests, members and other guests, oversee shifts, and ensure tasks are delegated and completed with hospitality at the forefront.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year Front Desk experience, strong communication, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and Opera.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Front Desk experience in a similar hospitality setting.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with guests, group contacts, members and other guests to provide personalized Soho House service.
• Oversee scheduled shifts and ensure tasks are delegated and completed.
• Respond to guest requests accurately and in a timely manner to create memorable experiences.
• Assist in training, development, coaching, and mentoring for the department.
• Communicate within the department and with other teams on important matters.
• Ensure VIPs are handled with privacy and confidentiality, and support hotel safety and policies.
