Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to standards.
• Resolve guest complaints by researching and applying effective solutions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and improve departmental results.
• Oversee front office operations in absence of the Front Office Manager.
• Perform bookkeeping such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.
• Make and confirm reservations; handle billing and payments.
• Promote marketing programs and brand standards.
• Greet guests, assign rooms, and provide welcome materials.
