Job summary

The Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and checkouts, operate the PBX console, and uphold Hyatt's service standards throughout the shift. Responsibilities include answering inquiries about hotel services, restaurants and hours, balancing cash, maintaining logs, and assisting guests with safe deposit boxes and promotions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, hotel or related experience preferred, and

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a hotel front desk or related field preferred.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure hotel standards are met.
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
Balance and prepare shift paperwork and close out duties in accordance with hotel standards.
Maintain promotions and guest programs and assist guests with safe deposit boxes.
