Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a front desk associate for the Tulsa Renaissance to manage guest check-ins/outs and oversee daily front desk operations. You will be the friendly face guiding guests and fellow teammates, delivering warm service and efficient problem solving.

The role requires strong customer service, hospitality experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and mentorship are key parts of this position, along with supporting event sheets and lobby readiness.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Hospitality or leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech-savvy enough to use hotel systems.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and be the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Train new front desk team members you’ll coach and mentor.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist with event sheets, business center support, and lobby readiness.
