Qualifications

• Customer service experience with guests; strong interpersonal skills and patience.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and be the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk staff; act as the friendly coach they remember.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with daily tasks like event sheet distribution and lobby readiness.
