Qualifications

• Six+ months of front desk experience.
• At least one year supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service reputation and professional conduct.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk operations and support team members.
• Anticipate guests' needs, listen attentively, and respond promptly.
• Enforce policies and procedures according to brand standards.
• Assist in recruitment, orientation, training, and scheduling of new staff.
• Review city ledger/direct billing and end-of-month reports; manage guest billing.
