Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus, but not required.
• A combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Previous front desk experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure seamless check-in/check-out.
• Supervise front desk agents, manage reservations and guest concerns.
• Report to the Front Office Manager.
• Schedule flexibility, mainly night shifts (3–11pm).
