Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of full-time experience in a related front desk role.
• Strong customer service and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to supervise and coach front desk staff.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
• Train, direct, coach front desk staff; resolve issues.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Process check-in/check-out and manage guest accounts.
• Handle cash, postings, and accurate billing.
• Answer inquiries and upsell room nights.
• Maintain guest relations with knowledge of in-house functions.
• Operate PBX for wake-up calls and paging.
• Maintain cash discipline per hotel policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
