Qualifications

• Compliance with Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle reservations, VIP requests and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Track logs, manage messages and packages, ensuring timely handling.
• Monitor rates, packages, promotions to maximize room revenue while delivering value.
