Job summary

Biltimore Farms is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk team and ensure smooth operation on the PM shift at our Asheville property. You will coach staff, communicate daily sales strategy, and uphold Hilton service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires hospitality/customer service background, and a two-year associates degree preferred, with prior front desk and supervisory experience. Flexible PM availability, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Hospitality/customer service experience required.
• Two years front desk and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation during the assigned shift.
• Create and communicate the daily sales strategy to the front desk staff each shift to optimize hotel sell out efficiency.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.
• Train and develop staff to perform at peak level and solve guest issues.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff and observe performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards to deliver high-quality guest relations.
• Manage desk operations, resolve guest concerns, and handle emergencies.
• Act as PM hotel MOD when scheduled.
• Greet guests warmly and listen to requests with a positive tone.
