Crowne Plaza Asheville is seeking an Experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team at our Asheville, NC location. You will oversee check-ins/outs, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure smooth operations to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have a high school education and hotel experience, can handle high-pressure situations, and show initiative to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• High School Education and relevant hotel experience.
• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations, including handling guest objections and disputes.
• Ability to show initiative and anticipate needs before they arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and supervise front desk agents to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet and assist arriving, departing and in-house guests with professional, courteous service.
• Obtain complete guest information when taking reservations and monitor VIP requests.
• Ensure accurate logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail.
• Maintain knowledge of rate plans, promotions, and in-house group bookings.
• Assist in training new hires and junior staff on standard operating procedures.
