Qualifications

• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and schedules Front Desk staff for the building.
• Maintains schedules and payroll-related timesheets.
• Keeps activity logs and incident reports for Manager review.
• Assists Front Desk Coordinator and fills shifts when needed.
• Provides training for new hires assigned to the property.
• Handles vacation and day-off requests for approval.
• Assists in investigations and log reviews of incidents.
• Supports the Property Manager with special administrative tasks.
• Delivers excellent customer service and timely communications.
• Monitors Emergency Response System and access controls.
