Description

The Atlanta Evergreen Resort, Stone Mountain, has an immediate opening for an energetic, outgoing, customer service-oriented individual to supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk staff. The goal is to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, communicate openly, and recommend discipline or termination when appropriate.
  2. Respond to guest requests, needs, problems, issues, and concerns. Accommodate groups to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  3. Implement company programs and supervise daily Front Desk operations to comply with SOPs and LSOPs, maximize revenues, and motivate staff to provide quality service and hospitality.
  4. Supervise Guest Service Agents.
  5. Remain calm and alert during emergency situations or busy hotel periods, serving as a role model. Resolve customer issues through thorough research and effective solutions. Make decisions based on experience and judgment, revising approaches as needed. Authorize revenue allowances to resolve problems after exploring other options.
  6. Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work on a regular basis.
  7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience as a Front Desk Supervisor.
  • Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS system is a plus.
