We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor!

We are looking for associates and leaders who have a passion to serve others. As the front desk supervisor, you will be at the hub of the hotel, interacting with guests and leading a team focused on providing excellent service while maintaining brand and Concord standards. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will significantly impact the guest experience. If you enjoy engaging with others, leading a team, and have a winning personality with a high sense of responsibility, this role is perfect for you. At Concord Hospitality, everyone is valued and treated with respect. Many of our supervisors advance to Assistant General Manager roles within a few years!

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
  2. Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  3. Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
  4. Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
  5. Take reservation requests efficiently.
  6. Answer switchboard calls following proper telephone etiquette.
  7. Block rooms and handle special requests.
  8. Monitor room availability and assist the AGM and GM with yield management and restrictions.
  9. Handle guest safe deposits per established procedures.
  10. Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
  11. Know emergency and security procedures thoroughly.
