Our Front Desk Supervisor is the glue that holds it all together! The Front Desk Supervisor serves our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMC’s core values.

What you’ll accomplish:
  • Train staff to provide superior customer service while greeting members and guests, monitoring entry of facility, answering telephones, taking messages, directing calls and providing general information
  • Train front desk staff on correct registration processes, room reservations, basic community information regarding hours, facility information, services and programs
  • Report any accidents, unsafe conditions or problems to the appropriate staff member
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Handle cash transactions
  • Work with front desk staff to coordinate staff schedules on a monthly basis
  • Maintain the registration software data base, troubleshoot, register residents for events, serve as resource to front desk staff
  • Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Approve time cards for front desk staff
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience with HOA operations preferred

  • Must work well independently and within a group
  • Excellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service
  • Flexibility to attend community events and meetings as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
