Our client, a leading Software company, is seeking a warm, proactive, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and team members. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming office environment while supporting day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front lobby, scheduling internal meetings, assisting with facilities management, and supporting event planning efforts.

**Please note this is a part-time, onsite contract role in San Ramon, CA. Pay will be $25/hr.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and hospitality
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling deliveries, and maintaining a tidy lobby area
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings across multiple teams and calendars
  • Serve as a liaison with building management and external vendors for facilities-related needs and maintenance
  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and office gatherings
  • Ensure common areas are well-stocked and organized (e.g., office supplies, snacks, etc.)
  • Support general administrative tasks and provide ad hoc support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or front desk experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or similar tools
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to support others
