Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Take messages with caller details (name, company, time, message).
• Prepare sales/service gas tickets for the Accounting Department.
• Assist Sales Department Cashier as backup.
• Support General Manager with clerical tasks.
• Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
