New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a full-time receptionist/switchboard operator at our dealership in West Palm Beach. You will handle inbound calls, greet customers, and coordinate with service and sales teams while maintaining a polished, professional image.

The ideal candidate has strong telephone skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, and we value flexibility in scheduling and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in telemarketing and/or hospitality.
• Exceptional telephone skills, with a professional voice and manner.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to learn new software programs.
• Professional business appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility with regard to scheduling.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Public relations experience is a plus.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Experience running a business switchboard is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound sales and service calls.
• Operate busy switchboard and communicate efficiently with all customer and internal teams.
